TangibleWP
Refund Policy
Effective date: June 18, 2026
We are Tangible Design s.c. (TangibleWP). This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases you make through tangiblewp.com and app.tangiblewp.com. It is part of our Terms of Service. It does not cover a theme licence you bought on another marketplace: refunds for that follow the rules of the marketplace where you bought it.
1. How refunds are handled
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases covered by this Policy, which means Paddle handles the payment, invoicing, and any applicable taxes, and processes refunds on the payment method you used.
For anything you need, including refunds, cancellations, a billing question, or help with the product, contact us first at support@tangiblewp.com and we will sort it out. We handle your request and arrange any refund through Paddle.
You can also manage your subscription and billing yourself in the billing portal in your account, which opens Paddle, or contact Paddle directly through paddle.net.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with an eligible purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the transaction date, for any reason, even if you have already started using the product. This guarantee applies whether you buy as a consumer or for your business, subject to section 3 below.
For a Care subscription, the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial payment that starts the subscription. It does not apply to renewal payments, except where a refund or withdrawal right applies under applicable law or Paddle's terms for the transaction (see section 4 if we discontinue Care).
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If no refund is issued, you will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a subscription payment is refunded, access covered by that payment will end when the refund is issued.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, non-conforming, incorrectly billed, or misdescribed products.
3. Refund abuse and fraud
We may refuse the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal right, or other remedy required by applicable law.
If you have a problem with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us or Paddle before raising a chargeback so that we can try to resolve it. This does not affect any lawful right you may have to dispute a charge.
4. If we discontinue Care
If we choose to stop offering Care, we will give reasonable advance notice, let you export your content, and refund any unused part of a prepaid period, as set out in our Terms of Service.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you bought governs that purchase. For a subscription, the version in effect at the start of each renewal period governs that period, and we will notify you of changes before they apply. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
6. Contact
